Nice Terrorist Attack

Posted by Troy on 14th July 2016 in Current Events

That’s Nice, France (pronounced Niece – seriously, I’m not a bloody troll).

I just have to ask: How much more will Europe take?

The Washington Post recently reported the upward estimate of women molested during New Year’s Eve last year to over 2,000 German women.  Then there was the Paris attack.  In both cases, the ruling class has said that they will not allow these dastardly attacks to stop them from brining in Syrian refugees.

I have to ask, what would it take?  Clearly, the leadership in these countries must be fans of the European Union.  As such, they love the idea of different cultures running roughshod over all of Europe, erasing national identity.  This is the reason why Britain left.

Of course, if you were a complete cynic, you would say that the reason why European leaders (and ours) love the refugees is that it is an influx of dependent voters, which is a great base for Leftists (Globalists are always Leftists).  Also, it is an excuse to spy on their own people and confiscate their own people’s guns.  Isn’t that a wonderful system?  Inject a portion of society that your own people do not want and use that influx as an excuse to take way the people’s freedoms?  Isn’t it also great that these poor refugees are never going to live in the neighborhoods of the leaders?  And even if they do, the leaders will be protected by guns which are denied to their own citizens.

If you don’t think this is the case, remember San Bernardino.  Two Muslim extremists got guns and kill Americans.  The Left’s reply?  Well, let us not stop being humanitarian.  We have to keep brining in Syrian refugees.  What we really need to do is get rid of guns so that these newcomers can’t get guns.  And don’t worry…we’ll just spy on everyone using the NSA to make sure you’re safe.  But if the NSA uncovers any illegal immigrants, we won’t punish them in any way because that would be wrong.  Do you notice the pattern yet?  Are you paying attention at all?

Obama Using Human Tragedy to Push Gun Control… AGAIN

Posted by Troy on 15th June 2016 in Current Events, Political

Never let a crisis go to waste, right?  With every mass shooting, they make a new push for gun control.  Here are the facts:

An assault weapon is an effective weapon, but other weapons are available that would have had similar results (such as a sawed off 12-gauge).  If they can’t get an assault weapon, they will buy other weapons or make a bomb or poison gas, etc.  As such, an assault weapons ban will not work.  That’s not even assuming that they won’t go to the black market and get one anyway.  If you can buy crack, what makes you think you can’t buy an AR-15 after they are made illegal?

The Terrorist/No-Fly list.  The issue with this is that you get on this list by them just putting you on there.  You have no right to see the “evidence” facing you.  It makes getting off the list impossible.  What’s to prevent them from saying that right-wing bloggers, tea partiers, etc, are all terrorists.  Boom.  You’re done.  The NRA has said they support this assuming that the FBI investigates you and settles the case.  So I will go one further.  If you are put on a no-fly/terrorist list, they have to take you to court and they have to settle the case one way or the other after showing you the evidence they have against you.  They have 30 days in order to do this.  After this, they pay you a $75,000 a day penalty like the EPA charged a Wyoming man that dug a home-made pond on his land.

I remind you, the Orlando terrorist bought his guns legally.  The San Bernardino terrorists had a friend buy theirs.  This is why gun laws are going to be largely ineffective.

I refuse to give up my rights.  Doing so will not make us any safer.  Let them live without armed protection for a while and see how they like it.

Orlando Shooting Used to Push Gun Control

Posted by Troy on 12th June 2016 in Current Events, Human Nature, Political

I got to wake up to the news that 20 people were killed last night at a night club.  That turned into 50 killed and 53 wounded.  And of course, I instantly thought “Obviously a Southern white male demanding adherence to the Constitution,” much like any sane person would.  But it actually turned out to be a Muslim terrorist.  Ya know…starting to get annoyed by the word “extremist.”  Just throwing that out there.  Just smacks of PC-ness that is unwarranted at this point in the game.  And, of course, I made a prediction that Obama’s response would be “We have to get rid of guns, people.”  And that’s pretty much what he did.

So, of course, we have to put up with them importing more Muslims into our country (seriously look up the immigration rates since 9/11…illogically, we’ve increased the visas to these countries).  So after these shootings, instead of examining how we look at mosques that we know are espousing extreme view points, we are talking about banning guns.  Shall we forget that the mosques raided after the Paris attacks had a stash of AK-47s and ammo?  Or, as I like to say… “Guns should be illegal so criminals can’t get them…just like drugs.”  You don’t think these animals wouldn’t get guns or explosives or poisons or whatever they want to use to kill us?

Obama asks if we want to be this type of country.  So, that led me to ask…what would it take before I decided that I would be willing to give up my right to keep and bear arms?  I guess the first thing I would have to see is that all of our government officials and buildings give up their own guns and armed security guards and fancy alarm systems and live like the average American.  If they feel safe enough to live like that for ten years…we can talk, but really I wouldn’t go for it even then.

The right to keep and bear arms is the Second Amendment for a reason.  They said “Shall not be infringed” for a reason.  I’m not willing to give up my Constitutional rights just because of these terrorists.

San Bernardino Shooting

Posted by Troy on 2nd December 2015 in Current Events

Well, it took the Democratic candidates about ten seconds to blame the San Bernardino shootings on the NRA and lax gun laws.  Of course…I mean, this was San Bernardino.  Not Georgia or Texas or Montana or something…but whatever, sure…it’s gun laws.

So we all had to sit there and watch for hours while the media and people tried not to say the obvious…that this is Islamic terrorism.  Of course it’s terrorism.  You have an attack very similar to what happened in Paris with no motivation other than the slaughter of defenseless people.  But we can’t say it’s Muslim Terrorists…that would be stereotyping.  Let’s be honest…in an act of terror against random, defenseless people…bet Muslim.  It’s a safe bet.

I am looking forward to Obama’s speech.  I think it will go something like this:

“Now, let’s not rush to judgement.  We should not demean an entire religion for the acts of a few people.  Islam is a religion of peace, and anyone that kills innocent people is not a true Muslim.  That being said, let’s demean all guns because they were the tool of choice for some false-Muslims to kill innocent people.  The only way for us to be safe is to ban all guns and get the Syrian refugees over IMMEDIATELY!”

Can Someone Tell Me Why Accepting Syrian Refugees is So Important?!!!

Posted by Troy on 18th November 2015 in Current Events, Political

No, really.  Tell me.  Why is it so friggin’ important?  Is there a reason?  How will accepting refugees improve American in any way, shape, or form?

Of course, Obama ridiculed the GOP as being afraid of three-year-old orphans.  You can tell that even HE doesn’t believe this crap.  Yeah…we’re all afraid of the three-year-old orphans.  I’m sure that 100% of the refugees are widows and small children.  Wait…they’re not?  Wait…there are grown men?  Men from the ages of 13 to 64 that might be willing to die for their religion.

So, why is there a burning NEED to take these refugees?  Hell, at this point, the only thing that makes any logical sense is he wants there to be a terrorist attack so that he can declare martial law and stay in power.  Of course, that would be the last thing he did because either the military would dispose him or America (particularly the South) would rebel.  Someone would kill him at that point.  So I’m not overly concerned by this.

But seriously, someone explain the logic of taking 10,000 people into our population where as many as 25% confess at least being sympathetic to a known terrorist organization.  Of course, the dangerous ones are just going to lie.  And it’s not just the men.  Two women were suicide bombers in Paris.  At the very least, they could at least locate the refugees to only states and cities that explicitly agree to accept them.  But that’s not the Obama way.  His way is to force his will on others.  Why?  Because he is a Fascist.  Tell me how he isn’t…

The Terrorist Killings in France

Posted by Troy on 7th January 2015 in Current Events

Bush warned them.  Obama warned them.  However, European cartoonists felt like they could exercise their Freedom of Speech and drew a cartoon of the Prophet.  Of course, this offended some Muslims.  To protest the portrayal, Muslims busted in and killed 12 people.  Sounds about right.

It sickens me that our own Presidents wallow on their bellies and question the judgement of releasing such a cartoon.  We will stand up for the right of pornography.  We will defend the rights of rap artists to say the most vile things about women.  We well glorify sex and violence in our movies, in our video games, and any call to tame such things will be demonized as being against the Freedom of Speech, oh…but we mustn’t offend the Muslims.  Oh, we mustn’t offend the Muslims.

You want to shove a crucifix in a jar of piss?  Go ahead.  But we mustn’t offend the Muslims.

You want to portray Southerners as inbred?  Go ahead.  But we mustn’t offend the Muslims.

You want to write a rap song about how all women are bitches?  Go ahead.  But we mustn’t offend the Muslims.

What if what they are saying is true?  What of the Freedom of Speech?

It matters not over this one Golden Rule.  ”Do onto others, but we mustn’t offend the Muslims.”

Long Live the Constitution!  Long live the Freedom of Speech and those who are willing to die for Freedom’s sake.

Terrorism Center at West Point Targets Right Wing Extremist

Posted by Troy on 19th January 2013 in Current Events

Who is a right wing extremist?  Well, hate groups, those who promote individual rights, and those that want limited government.  You can tell a lot by their terminology.  They think that the left is progressive, moving forward.  Meanwhile, those right-wing groups are regressive, moving backwards.  Nevermind that most bombings and other attacks are either lone nuts, left wing groups, or Muslim extremists.  Here is the fact: those who believe in Constitutional, limited government, will not enact change by terrorism.  They will do it by voting.  Revolution, fist in the air, tactics are done by young people who have been taken over by Leftists, Communists, Anarchists, or Fascists.  These are the people that say, “voting doesn’t work.”  If voting doesn’t work, what’s left?

Hillary Takes Responsibility

Posted by Troy on 15th October 2012 in Current Events, Political

Hillary Clinton takes full responsibility for the lack of security in Libya.  Does this absolve Obama of any wrong doing?

Nope.

I do not expect the President to know what is going on throughout his entire administration.  That would be impossible.  However, as head of the Executive Branch, he would be ultimately responsible.  In order to alleviate that responsibility, he basically has to fire Hillary.  He, of course, would never do that because liberals LOVE anyone with the last name of Clinton.  Also, Hillary would turn on him faster than a rattlesnake if he did that.

Regardless, I don’t really care about the security in Libya.  That’s minor.  That’s a mistake.  It’s a stupid mistake.  It shows utter incompetence, but it’s largely unimportant.  What’s important to me is that Obama knew that it was a terrorist attack, and for nearly a month, he told us it was all about a video and degraded the Freedom of Speech, until the American people jumped all over his case.

If Hillary’s responsible for the security issues, fire her.  However, it will not absolve Obama for his lying to the American public just to try to save his chances at re-election.  That was the only reason to lie to us.

Ron Paul interpreter

Posted by Troy on 17th January 2012 in Current Events, Political

I have always said that Ron Paul has a great platform, but he delivers his message poorly.  As such, I am going to take it upon myself to interpret Ron Paul’s comments for mass consumption:

Ron Paul:  ”I would not have authorized the action in Pakistan that killed Osama bin Laden.” [Paraphrased]

Problem:  Americans want revenge.  Nearly all Americans would have ordered the action to exact our vengeance.

Ron Paul’s Intention:  He does not believe that the President has the authority to take military action in a foreign country without Congressional authority.  Also, he believes that when we ignore the national sovereignty of other countries, we undermine our own through the UN and other entities that try to supersede our national sovereignty and make enemies of those countries and their citizens.

My Interpretation (what he should have said):  ”No, I would not have ordered the raid to go into Pakistan and kill Osama bin Laden.  First, I would have evaluated the probability of success using diplomacy to have Pakistan capture and extradite him.  If I felt this was doomed to fail, then I would consider military action, but sending troops into a foreign country in order to kill someone is an act of war, and declaring war is the responsibility of Congress.  However, I would have called a closed door session of Congress to authorize such an endeavor.  This would be a grave matter.  Ignoring a country’s sovereignty makes an enemy of their government and their people and creates the greatest long term threat to our national security.”
