As Predicted – Political Violence

Posted by Troy on 14th June 2017 in Current Events, Political

I have been warning this for a while.  Politicians and celebrities have been pushing the narrative that Trump is… well… let’s see if I can list everything:

1 – Is stealing everyone’s healthcare

2 – Is a dictator

3 – Is a racist

4 – Is a sexist

5 – Is a Nazi (Nationalist) WHILE AT THE SAME TIME

6 – Is colluding with the Russians to destroy America

7 – Is a white supremacist

8 – Is destroying the planet

9 – Is obstructing justice to secure all the above

10 – Is stealing from the poor to make his cronies rich

I’m sure there are other things, but 10 is good enough.  So you have all of these things being hammered over and over and over again.  You have entertainers SUGGESTING violence or showing violence (even if not real via Kathy Griffin’s decapitation or the Julius Caesar play).  You have liberal mayors and governors looking the other way when antifa protesters riot.  In all of this, how long would it take for someone to snap and turn to violence?  Apparently less than five months.

Chill out.  We put up with eight years of Obama without trying to kill people, you should do the same.  Right now, what you are showing is that you are only for democracy when things go your way.  In other words, you are a fascist who enjoys the illusion that you are some sort of enlightened believer of democracy.  If you are only for democracy when things go your way, I invite you to read A Clockwork Orange and wonder what it has to say about yourself.

San Bernardino Shooting

Posted by Troy on 2nd December 2015 in Current Events

Well, it took the Democratic candidates about ten seconds to blame the San Bernardino shootings on the NRA and lax gun laws.  Of course…I mean, this was San Bernardino.  Not Georgia or Texas or Montana or something…but whatever, sure…it’s gun laws.

So we all had to sit there and watch for hours while the media and people tried not to say the obvious…that this is Islamic terrorism.  Of course it’s terrorism.  You have an attack very similar to what happened in Paris with no motivation other than the slaughter of defenseless people.  But we can’t say it’s Muslim Terrorists…that would be stereotyping.  Let’s be honest…in an act of terror against random, defenseless people…bet Muslim.  It’s a safe bet.

I am looking forward to Obama’s speech.  I think it will go something like this:

“Now, let’s not rush to judgement.  We should not demean an entire religion for the acts of a few people.  Islam is a religion of peace, and anyone that kills innocent people is not a true Muslim.  That being said, let’s demean all guns because they were the tool of choice for some false-Muslims to kill innocent people.  The only way for us to be safe is to ban all guns and get the Syrian refugees over IMMEDIATELY!”

School Shootings – I smell a rat

Posted by Troy on 22nd January 2013 in Current Events

Amazing…after Sandy Hook, the President and Democrats declare war on guns.  Suddenly, we have a rash of school shootings.  Even more interesting, no one seems to ever actually die in any of these school shootings.  Even more interesting, we never hear ANYTHING about who or why they did it.  I believe Sandy Hook was a crazy guy that killed these kids for some sick reason.  These other ones, I suspect.  Remember, the Communist creed, “by any means necessary.”  Do not give up your rights.  We are being played.  I don’t think it’s orchestrated by their leaders.  I think we are seeing the true believers come out though to advance the message.  For the greater good.  The ends justify the means.

Beware.

The silliness of tracking ammunition sales

Posted by Troy on 24th July 2012 in Current Events, Political

Well, it would appear that the general public isn’t biting for more gun control, so the Left is trying to pull back their reach.  Now they just want to get back to assault weapons ban and track ammo sales.  In particular, they claim that most police captains and sheriffs favor an assault weapons ban and tracking ammo sales.  I do not know if that’s true or not, but it doesn’t matter.  As with anything else, the police have a tendency to want to claim more power for themselves (just like everyone else in this world).  This is why they don’t like being videotaped even if they aren’t doing anything wrong.  It’s just their nature.  That’s why we have the expression, “Who’s watching the watchmen?”  I am not trash talking cops.  The vast majority do a great job, and they put their lives on the line to keep the peace.

I doubt there is any statistics to make this scientific, but the vast majority of these crazy nutjobs have read the Communist Manifesto.  Since the bulk of assault weapon owners will not commit a crime and the bulk of Communist Manifesto readers will not commit a crime, could you justify tracking everyone that buys a copy of the Communist Manifesto?  Why not?  Because it’s silly?  Because it’s inappropriate to track 9,999 innocent people’s transactions and purchases to catch one guy?  Yeah, those are good points.  Good points indeed.

There are legitimate reasons for stockpiling ammo right now.  The world’s going to Hell, and a lot of people want to prepare for doomsday.  Do you think they’re going to shoot people up?  No, probably not.  So why hassle them?  Maybe they just bought a new gun and want to do a lot of target practice.  The fact of the matter is, this guy could have purchased 100 bullets and had the same effect.  He didn’t have to buy 6,000 rounds.  He’s a nutjob.  One box of ammo is technically enough to go on a typical workplace rampage.  So what’s the threshold?  It’s retarded.  It’s just more Big Brother crap that’s hiding behind necessity.  As William Pitt said, “Necessity is the plea for every infringement of human liberty; it is the argument of tyrants; it is the creed of slaves.”

The whole assault weapons ban is silliness.  We could call it, “The really cool looking weapons ban” (stealing a little from Glenn Beck there).  Is a AK-47 any more effective at killing someone than a 12 gauge shotgun?  At close range, the shotgun is way more dangerous.  Is it more effective than two 9 mm pistols?  Again, at close range, the pistols are probably more effective.  Unless you are sniping people, a rifle is an inefficient weapon.  If you are sniping, there are better sniping rifles out there than the AK-47 (such as a .306).  We tried an assault weapons ban before, and it had no effect on crime rate.  Why?  Well, maybe because criminals will either buy it on the black market or just use a different gun.  Yeah, that does make sense.

You know how fewer people could have been shot?  If the entire front roll of that theater had rushed the guy, at most 2 people would have been shot, and they may have just been wounded.  This is life, not a video game.  It’s harder to shoot at people when you have ten men rushing you.  When you hit someone, they typically don’t just drop dead like they do in video games.  We need to do more of this.  Again, I point to that 70 year old at Virginia Tech.  If 5 eighteen-year-olds had followed his lead, the shooter would have been taken down there and then.
