James Comey is a Teenaged Girl

Posted by Troy on 8th June 2017 in Current Events, Political

What came out in the Comey’s hearing is that he is a teenaged girl.  I could see a teenaged girl after a break up saying “He broke up with me because he wanted to date Jessica!  I don’t have any proof, but I know that he was having sex with her!  Oh…and he lies…like…all the time.”

So let’s review:

Loretta Lynch tells Comey to call his investigation of Hillary’s server a “matter” not an investigation.  Which oddly synced up to how the Clinton campaign labeled things.  Comey was confused and concerned, but did it anyway.  At the end of the day, he knew deep down in her heart of hearts, that the Saintly Hillary did not INTEND to do anything illegal, and he let’s it go.

Meanwhile, Trump says he hopes that Comey can let it go, and he knew that Trump intended this to be an order.  He was shocked!  He was confused and concerned.

God…this man gets confused and concerned a lot!  He also contradicts himself a lot.

“I took it to be an order…but I didn’t think it was obstruction…and I didn’t think that it should be told to anyone higher up…but now it’s reallllly significant!”

So he wants to eat his cake and eat it too.

Everyone thinks that Trump is a moron, but somehow he’s genius enough to word things perfectly in dealing with Comey when he failed to word ANYTHING perfectly for the entire tenure of his campaign.

So, to re-iterate: James Comey confirmed that he told Trump he is not under investigation.  He confirmed that there is no evidence of any collusion with Russia.  His only point is that Trump used the term “I hope.”  To which, Trump can say that he was just saying “I hope,” and Comey is just a paranoid political hack.  Given the amazing turnabout between intent regarding Hillary’s server use and a one time use of phrase by Trump, I believe that he is a political hack.  There have been many accounts before and after Trump took office that Comey hates Trump.

In regards to people who are upset because an FBI director called Trump a liar (ie, “It’s a shame we have a President that event he FBI director calls a liar!”), member of Congress called Obama a liar during the State of the Union.  Hell, it’s know and documented that President Obama and Hillary Clinton lied over and over and over and over and over again.

In a court of law, the case gets thrown out.  But let’s be realistic.  Impeachments are matters of political force.  The Republicans control the House.  Unless it comes out that Trump has made some sort of pact with the Russians that harms America, he will never be impeached.  At least not in the next two years.  If he is impeached under Republican control, the Republicans should just call it a day and close up shop.  They will never be a viable party ever again.

Good Luck to Ya, Democrats

You have scant evidence for obstruction, but you are determined to continue with your impeachment hearing.  Here are the things I learned.  Know how everyone complains that Washington is corrupt and never changes?  That’s true.  That there really is only one party as the Left and the Right are in cahoots?  That’s true.  That the media is little more than Leftist propaganda and should be ignored?  That’s true.  Obama used the IRS as a weapon, interfered with American elections, and killed Americans without a trial.  No one said anything.  Trump utters, “I hope you can just let this go,” and everyone loses their minds.

Win, lose, or draw… If Trump is impeached and leaves office:  You get Pence.  You also get most of the country flat ignoring the media.  You will probably have Trump start his own media outlet which will make Fox News look tame.  Meanwhile, you will completely energize Trump supporters for 2018 and 2020 by showing how little you care for the results of elections while de-incentivizing your own side.  Finally… you will get Pence.  Stable, liable Pence.

Good Luck to Ya!

Benghazi Cover-up Fallout

Posted by Troy on 9th May 2013 in Political

There will be none.  As I predicted, here are the facts:

Terrorists attacked the embassy.  The administration knew it was terrorists and lied to say it was over a protest.  They lied to protect the administration’s narrative that we can nation build effectively using Obama’s methods and to protect Obama himself during the election.

If this event would have happened weeks before the election with Bush as President, the media would have gone crazy with conspiracy theories and 30 minutes specials and all kinds of things.  However, it was O-breezy, so they took it easy.

So, why did they do it?  I don’t believe for a second that the military couldn’t have responded in that time frame.  I also can’t believe that Obama was not informed about an embassy being attacked and given a list of options.  Here are the options that I believe were on the table:

1) Full military support.  This would have been an act of war.  Additional people would have died.  There would have been collateral damage on the Libyan side.  This would have been rejected for a few reasons:  It would have destroy the “footsteps in the sand” narrative that we can intervene, get out, and the world would be a better place.  It would have started a war which would have ticked off his base and cost him the election.  Finally, killing civilians while trying to save our civilians would have tainted US-Libyan relations for years to come.

2)  Armed drone strikes.  They were in the air with cameras, why not a couple of missiles?  Again, an act of war.  This would have tainted the relationship between the US government and Libyan government as it would have ignored their national sovereignty (odd how Obama only cares about honoring national sovereignty when it comes to backwater countries and not our own) and our agreement that our drones in their airspace would be unarmed.  It would have basically all the same problems of the first option excluding less civilians dead and possibly not seen as starting a war, but pert-near it.

3)  Do nothing.  A few Americans would die.  We could turn those into martyrs (true believers always love martyrs be it Communists or religious fanatics).  It could be used to shore up support internationally.  It would so that we have restraint.  It wouldn’t play well at home, but a few quick lies with a compliant media, and that would be negated.  All they had to do is just let the few Americans die quietly, and all would be alright.  As such, Obama went to bed.  He had a long day of campaigning, after all.

So, why do I think that nothing will happen?  After all, Nixon was impeached because a couple of his underlings broke into the Democratic headquarters.  He was impeached for tying to cover up a break in.  Why can’t Obama be impeached because his administration lied and failed to intervene on behalf of Americans killed by terrorists on US soil (remember, embassies are US soil)?  For two reasons.  The first reason is because the media is going to go all out to protect their child star.  In 2084, I argue that communists infiltrated the media to do just that, to color whatever story they have to suit that agenda.  This is no different.  They will say exactly what they are saying: “There’s no smoking gun here!  Why, it sounds like the military made the call!  etc etc”  They won’t focus on what is really the PROBLEM.  The problem is that the administration actively mislead the US people to help Obama get re-elected.  There was no other justification for lying.  By not focusing on the fact that this is the problem and WHY he lied, this will merely blow away.  The second reason he will never be impeached is because he’s black.  As soon as ANYONE moves to try to impeach him, they will say it is because he is black and the GOP hates blacks, and everyone is racist.  He could piss on the Constitution on live TV, and that’s still exactly how it will play out, and the Republicans are way too scared to stand up to him because of that.

My prediction?  Nothing will happen.  The media will protect him.  Without public outrage drummed up by the media, Republicans will lack the will do do anything to anyone in the administration including Hillary Clinton.

Long Live the Constitution!

Prediction: Holder will step down

Posted by Troy on 11th October 2011 in Current Events, Political

The President no longer has both Houses looking out for him.  The Republicans are going to continue to chip away at this Fast and Furious thing.  They will come out at best looking totally incompetent or at worst pure evil.  The path will eventually lead to Obama.  Holder will have to step down prior to the election in an attempt to shield Obama during the election.

Gunrunner – Impeach Obama

Posted by Troy on 8th July 2011 in Current Events, Political

Why is it that no one has the guts to impeach Obama?

He has continued the war in Libya without Congressional approval in defiance of the War Powers Act.

He offered a job to a politician for not running against Arlen Specter (although Bill Clinton took the fall for him, but this lie was about as believable as Anthony Wiener for crying out loud).

It is likely that he knew or even approved Fast and Furious or is covering it up (which is what they got Richard Nixon for).

Not only this, but the countless times he has empowered our enemies, weakened the united states, attacked our every economic system, and destroyed our currency.  Why is it no one has the guts to even mention getting rid of him?  I guess we were not ready for a black President if we are too afraid of being called a racist that we would stand all of this and not say a word.  Oh well.  Better luck in 2012 I guess.

War Powers Act

Posted by Troy on 17th May 2011 in Political

The deadline for the War Powers Act looms.  If Congress does not approve of Libya, Obama must pull all military resources out.  This could be an interesting political show down, but I don’t think it will happen.  Congress never wants to be seen as against the troops, so they always end up approving it.  However, with the back drop of the budget crisis, the Republicans could deal a huge political blow to Obama and taunt him to see if he will break the War Powers Act and risk impeachment.

There is talk about how the War Powers Act is unconstitutional because it makes the military shared by the Congress and the President, but this is not the case.  The President controls the military.  He commands them.  However, Congress is the one that declares war.  If a President commits troops on foreign soil without Congress declaring war, it is the President who is going against the Constitution and should be impeached.  He has no right to do this.  In fact, the Founding Fathers would have viewed such behavior as tyrannical and jeopardizing the United States best interests by putting way too much power into the hands of a single man who could act on a whim.

I, for one, would like to see us go back to the Constitution on this.  We should only go to war if Congress authorizes it.  That way, we don’t end up in all these stupid police actions.  And if we go to war, we should fight to win.  Trying to make war moral is nonsense.  As General Sherman said, “War is all hell.”
