Pathway for Citizenship to Illegals

Posted by Troy on 14th November 2012 in Current Events, Political

The political truth of our generation is that we have a race of people who are defending criminals and promoting them, and our politicians are utterly scared to do anything about it.  Fine, so be it.  We cannot deport them (solely because politicians either want to use this voting block or fear this voting block over actually honoring the law).  Ergo, they have to stay.  If this is the case, the following MUST be done.

1)  We must seal the boarder.  Put every active duty military personnel stationed in the US guarding the boarder.  What else do they have to do?

2)  Force registration.  If you don’t register by 12/31, you’re out, no amnesty for you.

3)  A fine must be levied, and it must hurt.  I recommend at least $25,000.  This is to be paid via tax levy on their wages and tax returns.

4)  These people can NEVER become US Citizens.  They came here illegally.  They cannot become citizens.  If they wish to be citizens, they must go and come back.  At best, they can become permanent residents.

5)  Anyone hiring anyone who is not a member of the registered group is to be punished severely.

6)  This group is allowed to be paid sub-minimum wage.  If we wish, we can set a floor of 75% of minimum.

7)  This group will never be allowed for Social Security and Medicare and other programs.

Of course, if we do all this, the Democrats will just come in behind and make them citizens and grant them all the rights and privileges there of, but it’s a nice thought at least.

Immigration Issue

Posted by Troy on 11th November 2012 in Political

After this last election, it is apparent that neither side will have any stomach to tackle the immigration issue.  We never really had this type of problem before.  Rogue crossings from Europe were difficult to pull off at best.  Now we have a subset of the population willing to hold the law hostage with their vote.  I actually wouldn’t be against open boarders…except for the free stuff.  However, we’re never going to get rid of the free stuff, so here is what we are going to do, and it’s really the only reasonable thing left to do:

Anyone that is here must register with bio-metrics to be eligible for this program.  Anyone under this program cannot attain full citizenship.  This person must pay a fee of $25,000.  This is much more than anyone else who immigrates here legally.  Every year, they are required to file a tax return.  Using e-verify, employers will be required to withhold a high percentage of their income.  This will generate a refund due on their return.  These refunds will eventually eat away at fee.

There is a reason why we don’t just open the floodgates to the rest of the world.  The real reason is that people are supposed to come here and assimilate, but  people are no longer doing it.  They are coming here and then they are secluding themselves.  They are refraining from learning our language (English).  They proudly display their old flag.  As such, they never learn what it means to be American.  They never learn the Constitution.  They don’t learn the history.  That has got to change… however, the Democrats would like things just the way they are.  Obama and Clinton and the other driving forces of the Democratic party believe in global governance.  They believe in the UN.  They believe in LOST.  They believe in multinational organizations.  They believe in a global currency.  They believe in a global carbon tax.  The list goes on and one.  Read the writing on the wall.

More Thoughts on Dream Act Lite

Posted by Troy on 19th June 2012 in Current Events, Political

I originally said that Executive nullification is a viable way to get around a “bad law.”  That is to say, if there is a bad law on the books, the President can choose not to enforce it.  Conservatives may rail about it, but Romney is talking about doing the same thing by offering waivers to all 50 states on the Health Care Act.  However, what Obama is doing is slightly different.  What he is advocating is exempting specific groups of people (young illegals).  This is different.  Imagine if Obama declared that he would not enforce insider trading laws against middle-aged white men?  let me explain it this way.  Sickened by the way cocaine convictions are treated differently between blacks and whites, Obama declares that he is not going to enforce the drug laws.  Well, that’ll probably cost him his job, but you know what would be infinitely worse?  If he were to say that he wasn’t going to enforce drug laws only when they are committed by blacks.  Everyone would call foul and should call foul.  The same is being applied here.

Another problem I have against this law (past reasons I’ve already pointed out) is that it is benefiting the citizens of other countries at the detriment of Americans.  What the hell is that?!

There’s another problem with this issue.  Okay, so we’re not going to enforce these laws against children that were brought over with their parents.  So, if we deport the parents, are we going to separate them from their families then?

That and these are UNDOCUMENTED people.  So, how the hell do we know when and how they came over here?  What is to stop a 23 year old Mexican citizen from hopping the boarder and saying, “Yeah, my parents brought me over here when I was eight?”  Are we doing to do exhaustive investigations on all 800,000 claims?  I think not.  This sucker’s gonna be full of fraud for sure.

I think Democrats lack a sense of cause and effect.  ”There are poor people?  Oh, well, give them some money.  That’ll solve the problem.  Surely there won’t be unforeseen consequences for this.”  Likewise, “We feel bad for the kids that illegals bring over.  Let’s not deport them.  Surely this won’t give parents of children the incentive to come over here illegally and create a claim for their kids to remain in this country.  Surely that won’t happen!”

Finally, this is a sick thing Obama and the Democrats are doing to secure votes.  This is like welfare/benefits.  ”If you want your benefits to stay, you had best keep electing us in.  If you want your young to stay in this country, you had best keep electing us.”  It’s a path of enslavement.  This is why it’s a two year time limit.  That way, he can tell Hispanics that, if they want this preferential treatment to continue, they had best re-elect him.

God, why can’t we impeach this man?  He has gone outside the Constitution more times than any President since FDR.
