The Difference – Trump and Clinton on Comey

Everyone is “upset” now because Trump asked Comey if he was under investigation.  They point to the hypocrisy of conservatives because “This is what you got upset over when Bill met with Loretta Lynch.”

No…

“Hey, am I under investigation?”  Is a fairly innocuous question, if that is all he asked.  It may be a breach of etiquette or unseemly, but it’s not a crime.

Bill’s 45 minute, private conversation is a different matter.  We are not worried or upset because Bill asked if Hillary was being investigate or inquiring about the investigation.  We believe that what he really was doing was saying “What do we have to offer you in order for this to just go away?”  This is how the Clintons have operated their entire lives.

Under the statute, she was guilty.  Dead to rights.  She did not get prosecuted.

That’s what we are upset about.  When dealing with national security information, gross negligence is a CRIME.  Comey said, “She was exceedingly careless,” (or something to that effect).  That is the VERY definition of gross negligence.

Long Live the Constitution!
