Trump called her overrated. Alright…she is not overrated. She is up there with Johnny Depp in the realm of good actors. She becomes the part.
However, I condemn pretty much everything she said. Hell, I handled my own father’s death with more reserve than her feigned performance. That is to say, she is either acting, or she is horribly weak as a human being. Unfortunately, she is such a good actress, I’m not sure which one it is. Let’s take a look at her comments…
Basically, if your not a foreigner or an outsider, you’re not interesting. In fact, without these things, people would be reduced to watching football or mixed martial arts. So, of course, the condescension is ample. Basically, you are either part of the hoity-toity, or your part of the knuckle dragging masses that watch football and drink Bud Light while kissing their own cousins.
Then she goes on and on about how the press and Hollywood has the obligation to protect against tyranny.
Hell, I wish they had had this point of view during the last 8 years while Democrats developed “anti-free speech” zones, pressed for censorship of the internet, did away with the filibuster (which royally bit them in the ass now that someone they actually disapprove of has come into power), and bypassed Congress by use of executive orders (this President has had more 9 to 0 opinions AGAINST him than anyone else in Supreme Court history). Need I remind people of the celebrity video of celebrities pledging to be “a servant to Obama.”
This a bunch of morons pledging not to be a servant to the Constitution. Not to the country. Not to some value or ideal. NOPE! To a MAN!
And this is the same group of people that expects us to take them seriously when they talk about cult of personality, a “strong man,” or a dictatorship?
Based on the last eight years, it became apparent that the Left LOVES a dictator. They just want a dictator that they approve of. At every executive overreach, at every example of legislating from the bench, they cheered. Now that someone is in power they don’t like…they worry about executive overreach. They worry about a strong central government. They worry about the Supreme Court. They worry about every single thing which should show them why they should not want an all powerful central government with an all powerful executive at the head. Maybe…just maybe…the Founders had a good idea about state sovereignty. Maybe the Federal government shouldn’t be involved with everything and the states should be allowed to live how they wanna live. That way, Georgia could be Georgia. California could be California. New York could be New York. And we will all get along.
Long Live the Constitution!
